Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, creating a client portal account, or opting in to receive communications from The Little Lasherie, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Bookings & Appointments
- Scheduling. All appointments are subject to artist availability and studio schedule. Confirmation is finalized once you receive a confirmation notice.
- Cancellations. A minimum of 4 hours' notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. Please contact your artist directly.
- No-shows. Appointments missed without notice may be charged 50% of the service price. Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
- Late arrivals. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduled appointment. Full service fees apply regardless of time lost.
SMS Text Message Program Terms
Opt-In Consent
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you authorize The Little Lasherie to send recurring automated SMS appointment reminders to that number. Consent is not a condition of booking any service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule. Typically, you will receive 1–4 text messages per month, including appointment reminders and any reschedule or cancellation notices.
Message & Data Rates May Apply
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may be billed by your mobile provider for SMS messages received from The Little Lasherie.
Opt Out & Help
- Reply STOP to any text message at any time to opt out of SMS reminders.
- Reply HELP to any text message for assistance.
- You may also update your preferences at any time in your client portal at littlelasherie.com/my-appointments.
Mobile Number Non-Sharing
Your mobile number is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties. It is used solely by The Little Lasherie to deliver the reminders you have requested.
Email Communications
Promotional and studio-news emails are sent only to clients who have opted in. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or in your client portal.
Photo & Media Consent
A photo and media consent form is required at your first appointment. Close-up work shots may be used for our portfolio and marketing; identifying content is shared only with your explicit permission.
Health & Illness
Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. No penalty is applied for illness-related cancellations. Your artist reserves the right to reschedule an appointment if a client arrives visibly unwell.
Liability
The Little Lasherie is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed prior to service. Clients are responsible for providing accurate health and allergy information before any service begins.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking services or communications after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
