- Appointment details — service history, preferred artist, and booking notes you provide.
- Optional preferences — birthday month, secondary email, and communication preferences.

We use your information solely to:
- Schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments.
- Send appointment reminders and updates you have opted in to receive.
- Provide studio news and promotions you have explicitly requested.
- Maintain accurate client history for better service.
Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number with any third party. Your mobile number is used exclusively by The Little Lasherie to deliver the appointment reminders and updates you have requested. It will never be provided to marketers, list brokers, or outside advertisers under any circumstances.
SMS Text Message Reminders
Opt-In & Consent
We send recurring automated SMS appointment reminders only to clients who have actively opted in. Consent is not a condition of booking — you may book and receive services without opting in to text reminders.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule. Typically, you will receive 1–4 text messages per month, including appointment reminders and any reschedule or cancellation notices.
Message & Data Rates May Apply
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may be billed by your mobile provider for SMS messages received from The Little Lasherie. Check your wireless plan for details.
Opt Out & Help
- Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel SMS reminders and opt out.
- Reply HELP to any text message for assistance.
- You may also update your preferences at any time in your client portal at littlelasherie.com/my-appointments.
Email Communications
Promotional and studio-news emails are sent only to clients who have opted in. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by toggling your preference in the client portal.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Your information is stored securely and accessible only to authorized studio staff.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting your artist directly. You may withdraw consent for SMS or email communications at any time without affecting your ability to book appointments.
